SAFETY-HEALTH-WELLNESS: If your child is sick, please keep them home for the benefit of all. Wingspan understands the value of participants feeling safe, being seen and staying healthy. If there is any issue, we will contact you immediately.

CAMP HOURS: 8:30am - 2:30pm Drop Off/Pick Up outside. There is a flexible drop off until 8:45 am. There is no aftercare. Late Pickups will incur a charge of $15 per 15 mins after 2:40 pm.

COST: $425/week per child. Sibling Discount for full weeks. Seeking a Daily Option? Please reach out, to see if there is availability. Daily rate $100/day per child.

SCHOLARSHIPS: We believe in access to all and thanks to generous supporters, we provide available equity funds each summer via our Spread Your Wings program. To apply, contact us for an application. To date we have proudly provided over 260 spots through the contributions of friends of Wingspan and the BCA Community Grant Program. To contribute, reach out!

VOLUNTEERS: Wingspan welcomes adults and teenagers as volunteers to help with programs and gain enriching experience, make art and have fun! To inquire, reach out!

NEUROINCLUSIVE PROGRAMMING: We celebrate differences and provide accommodations so each participant can access activities enjoyably. If your child has a support staff person at school, we request they have a personal aide at camp. Please contact us to discuss how we can best support them in our program.

AGES: See the age group listed. While we practice mixed ages at Wingspan, if your child is not yet the age listed, please reach out by email before registering to assure it’s a good match.

REFUNDS: Due to planning, our small operation, staff hired there are no refunds. However, we are happy to apply your payment to another camp or class.
